Default Advanced Hero Control?

Hey guys, ok so I know we can control heroes and I am ok with the flag control, however, my question is this.....how/can I setup one hero, say Olias with his minions to attack one mob, Koss and Zhed for instance to attack another and myself to attack a third?

If I flag Olias to one area and the mob he is attacking moves away from him, Olias just stays there since the flag is there and the same with Koss. Now if I target a boss every hero attacks him and I can switch attacking someone else and that seems to be ok (as long as I do not call a new target, my hero's attack the original target while I am attacking the new target). So basically I can isolate 2 groups ok but a third group seems to be a problem.....anyway better way to control the heroes? Can key binds help?

Thanks!

If you target a mob, then click the crosshair icon to the left of your hero's 1st skill, that hero will "lock on" to that target and continue attacking it irrespective of your calls etc. This, in tandem with changing the attack settings - Passive, Guard and Fight (or as I like to call them Passive, Fight and LEEERRRROOOOYYY) will allow you to achieve what I think you are after.

You are using the Hero Unit Frames aren't you?

That's the "advanced" way to control the Hero.

Yes, I am using the hero frames, but funny thing is, I never clicked the crosshair feature......amazing how sometimes something is so obvious you just seem to skip over....I will try this tonight....thanks!

This should do exactly the thing I looking for.....
